Provide urgent care medical services to pediatric and adult patients, including diagnosing conditions and prescribing treatments. Perform minor clinical procedures and interpret preliminary EKGs and X-rays within a collaborative team environment.
Requires a Master's degree and appropriate certification (NCCPA for PAs, AANC/AANP for NPs) with at least one year of full-time experience in urgent care or emergency medicine. Must be proficient in treating all ages and performing minor procedures, with Spanish fluency strongly preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of fulltime experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting as a NP or PA is required Experience treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (all ages) required. Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), and preliminary reads on EKGs and X-rays required.
