Salary
$13 - $14 / HOUR
Provide assistance and instruction to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in all aspects of daily living. Support clients both within group home settings and out in the community to foster independence.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or GED. A valid driver's license and auto insurance are also required.

These are our group homes for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
As a Residential Staff member, you will be responsible for but not limited to providing assistance and instruction to the clients in all aspect of daily living activities/skills in the community and at home.
HealthWays provides paid training for this role. Our new hourly rate is $13/hr.
