The Program Nurse provides direct physical and psycho-social care to program participants. They are responsible for developing care plans and participating in Adult Day Health Services programming.
Candidates must hold a current Pennsylvania RN or LPN license. Experience working with aging adults and adults with functional impairment is required.

The Program Nurse is responsible for providing all aspects of direct client care to meet the physical and psycho-social needs of program participants. The Program Nurse participates in all aspects of Adult Day Health Services programming and develops care plans for the participants.
This part-time substitute position works a schedule of various hours and various days Monday - Friday.
• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and experience working with ageing adults and adults with functional impairment.
