Perform initial and follow-up medication management assessments for clients with psychiatric and addictive symptoms. Recommend and prescribe psychiatric and detox medications via telehealth or face-to-face outpatient contact.
Requires a Master's degree, a valid Nurse Practitioner license, and current DEA certification. A minimum of 2 years of experience in psychiatric and substance use treatment is required.
