The
PACU offers care with a patient ratio of either 1:2 or 1:1, depending on whether patients are ICU or pediatric cases. The unit includes between 6 and 8 PACU bays, and staff are required to hold ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications. Both inpatient and outpatient cases are managed within the PACU.

RN who excels in this role: Performs accurate and thorough patient assessments and identifies patient needs Initiates appropriate nursing interventions based on assessment findings Provides age- and condition-appropriate nursing care Completes timely and accurate documentation supporting medical necessity in the medical record Develops, implements, and revises interdisciplinary care plans for each patient What we’re looking for Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associates or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
Additional requirements include: Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire. ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.
