The Family Support Worker assists the CUA Case Manager in achieving Single Case Plan objectives to ensure permanency for youth. Responsibilities include assessing social service needs, providing direct services, and engaging participants through mentoring and training.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field with one year of experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with two years of experience working with children and families. A valid driver's license is required, and bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred.
