CNA - Adult Day Center/Parker at the Pavilion (Highland Park) - Per-diem - $30.00 hourly rate - The areas highest quality adult day services providing a warm and compassionate environment - Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm, minimum (2) shifts per month as needed with flexibility to work at other Centers. 2025 is our third year in a row being recognized as one of the "Best Places to Work in New Jersey" by NJBiz.com [http://njbiz.com/], one of the leading business journals in the state.

Minimum Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Assistant (CNA) certification from the New Jersey Department of Health & Senior Services, in good standing
• High School graduate or GED required
• Ability to deal with others in a diplomatic, tactful and confidential manner
• Ability to read, write, and be understood in the English language
• Flu vaccine required during flu season

Parker Adult Day Center (Highland Park)

• Parker offers two Adult Day programs in Highland Park to address the issues of loneliness and isolation experienced by many elders who are aging at home.
• Social Program employees provide varied and vibrant activities that encourage and motivate seniors to stay connected to their peers, maintain their independence, bringing meaning and enjoyment to their days.
• Our Medical Program provides the added benefits of individualized medication administration, support services, personal and therapeutic care.
• Parker Adult Day Center is staffed with people who are committed to meeting the needs of our program participants.
• Our nursing staff and social workers create individualized care plans to provide the best possible medical care, from blood pressure checks to medication management.
