PRN Infusion Nurse (RN) – Outpatient Clinic Location

This is a low-volume infusion center designed for safe, thoughtful care and strong patient interaction. What Makes This Role Different Low patient volume Typically manage 2–3 patients at a time No weekends, no call Structured outpatient setting with minimal chaos Schedule PRN, flexible weekday shifts (Monday–Friday) Shifts scheduled in advance based on availability No nights or weekends Key Responsibilities Start IVs and administer specialty infusion therapies Monitor patients for infusion reactions and respond appropriately Provide patient education during treatment Maintain high standards of clinical care and safety Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience Maintain compliance with HIPAA and clinical protocols Clinical Environment & Support Calm outpatient infusion setting Infusion times range from 1–5 hours, allowing for meaningful patient interaction UV vein finder technology available Structured onboarding including virtual training and in-clinic shadowing

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted RN license 1+ year RN experience Strong IV skills required Ability to work independently within a small, collaborative team
