• Experience Pathways: Early-Career / Fellowship-Trained Surgeons Recently completed fellowship in Adult Reconstruction Interested in launching a career in a growing service line backed by a leading academic health system Expected to perform surgeries across inpatient and outpatient settings Experienced Surgeons (5+ Years) Opportunities to expand programs, lead initiatives, and contribute to service line growth Ability to participate in leadership or quality/outcomes efforts Experience in high-efficiency surgical environments (e.g., outpatient or ASC-based arthroplasty) is highly desirable Expected to perform surgeries across inpatient and outpatient settings Practice Details: Primary inpatient surgical site: Duke Health Lake Norman

Qualifications

Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction (required) Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery Eligible for medical licensure in North Carolina Demonstrated commitment to patient care
