The Medical Assistant provides superior patient care and performs administrative and delegated clinical tasks. They support patients within a clinic-based environment as part of a care team led by physicians and advanced practice providers.
A high school diploma or GED and basic knowledge of EMR and Microsoft Office are required, with BLS certification needed within 14 days. An associate's degree, medical assistant certification (CMA/RMA), and prior clinic experience are preferred.
