The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing high-level rehabilitation care to residents across multiple facilities. This includes evaluating resident needs, establishing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate clinical and billing documentation.
Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy and a current active PT license in the state of operations. Experience in older adult rehabilitation and knowledge of governmental healthcare guidelines are preferred.

The Physical Therapist's (PT) overall responsibility is to provide care to the resident at the highest level. The PT will be assigned to multiple facilities and increased travel time is frequent. The PT participates as an integral part of the interdisciplinary team, manages resources to meet the needs of the resident and related customers balancing outcomes and cost effective and efficient treatment.
