Responsibilities

Provide direct services to clients diagnosed with a serious mental health illness (SMI). Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Document client progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations. Conduct crisis intervention and provide support during emergencies. Engage in community outreach and education to raise mental health awareness. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Maintain a compassionate and non-judgmental approach in all interactions.

Requirements

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field. Current QMHP certification. Experience with clients who have co-occurring disorders. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a community mental health setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities. Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client-centered care. Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
