Assess, plan, and implement care for oncology patients in an outpatient setting while prescribing drug therapies per protocol. Serve as a liaison between inpatient, skilled nursing, and home settings to ensure continuity of care.
Requires a Master of Science in Nursing or completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program with current state licensure. Two years of hematology/oncology experience and CPR certification are preferred or required.
