Provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care to patients in their homes and develop individualized care plans. Responsibilities include documenting patient observations and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
Candidates must hold a current RN license in Nevada and a valid CPR certification. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required, with home health experience preferred.

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors.
