Provide direct patient care to individuals with psychiatric or substance use disorders under RN supervision. Responsibilities include monitoring patients, facilitating therapeutic groups, and mentoring new staff members.
Preferred high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility. CPR and de-escalation certifications are required within 30 days of hire.
