Provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans across various departments. Monitor patient conditions, communicate with physicians, and educate patients and families on health management.
Requires a valid state RN license and BLS certification, with specific experience in Hemodialysis, Emergency, or Perioperative nursing depending on the unit. Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or ENPC are required for specific specialties.
Provide direct patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans. Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry, promptly identifying and responding to changes in patient condition. Communicate effectively with physicians regarding patient status, diagnostic results, and response to treatment. Educate patients and families on health management, treatment plans, and discharge instructions. Ensure quality and continuity of care by adhering to facility policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards.
Surgery-CVOR EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1.Minimum of one year previous Perioperative experience required. 2.Current and valid New Jersey RN License. 3.BLS (AHA) certification required 4.ACLS (AHA) certification required. This compensation estimate is specific to New Jersey and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location.
