Prepares endoscopy procedure rooms and specialized equipment for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Assists physicians and nurses during procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes and maintains a safe environment.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and BLS certification. Six months of recent healthcare technician or nurse assistant experience is preferred.
Education High School diploma or equivalent. Experience 6 months of recent health care tech or nurse assistant experience preferred. (Above requirements can be met by equivalent combination of education and experience) Licensure/Certification/Registration/Professional Designation ETC Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment. Compensation/Benefits $16.72-$27.30/hr depending on previous work experience.
