Temporary Registered Dental Hygienist

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Arlington Heights, Illinois AH SMILES is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team for a 3-month commitment to cover a maternity leave! As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you will be responsible for providing quality dental care to our patients. Schedule

• Monday 8:00
• AM - 3:00 PM
• Tuesday 8:00
• AM - 3:00 PM
• Thursday 7:00
• AM - 3:00 PM

Our dedicated team includes

• One Lead Dentist (experienced)
• One Office Manager
• One FT Lead Front Desk Coordinator
• Two FT Registered Dental Hygienist (a few temps on call)
• Two FT Dental Assistant

Compensation

• $53-$55 per hour (commensurate with experience)
• Plus uncapped hygiene incentive!

Additional Information

• PMS - Dentrix
• Time allotted for procedures
• NP - 60 minutes
• SRP per quad - 60 minutes
• Prophy - 60 minutes
• Average # of patients per day - 7
• Morning Huddle
• Insurances accepted - PPO accepted/Out of Network

Requirements

• Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of Illinois
• Anesthetic Certification required
• Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
• CPR Certification
• Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling
• Excellent communication skills
• Focus on periodontal and oral health and overall patient systemic health
• Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
• Delivery of an exceptional patient experience
• Integrity-focused work ethic
• Team-player attitude
• Ability to multi-task
• Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback
