Salary
$40 / HOUR
Provide home-based care for patients with chronic illnesses, including assessments, medication management, and G-tube maintenance. Coordinate with physicians and oversee support staff while educating patients and families on care plans.
Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active New Hampshire RN license and CPR certification. Requires at least one year of nursing experience, preferably in a home healthcare setting.
