Provide compassionate, person-centered support to individuals with developmental disabilities in homes, offices, and community settings. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, following Individual Support Plans, and ensuring client safety and dignity.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and possess or be able to obtain CPR, First Aid, and Article 9 certifications. A clean Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and reliable transportation are required.

Your Role: Direct Care Worker (DCW)/Direct Support Professional (DSP)
As a DCW, you’ll support individuals with developmental disabilities in the office, homes and community settings. You’ll encourage independence, promote engagement, and help clients achieve their personal goals with compassion and integrity.
Assist with daily living activities (perineal care, bathing, grooming, toileting, eating, etc.) Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep Offer companionship and emotional support Follow Individual Support Plans (ISPs) with personalized goals Support community outings and activities Observe and report changes in behavior or condition Chart behavior or condition observations on the computer Drive or assist the driver in safely transporting individuals with disabilities, ensuring comfort and support during transit Ensure safety and dignity in every interaction Carry out additional duties as directed by the supervisor Required Qualifications:
Must be 18+ years old High school diploma or equivalent CPR and First Aid Certification Article 9 Certification (or willingness to obtain) Clean Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain) Able to pass a criminal background check Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Nice to Have:
