The Allergy Technician is responsible for performing allergy skin tests, administering injections, and educating patients on treatments. They also handle patient histories, authorizations, and maintain sterile exam rooms according to CDC guidelines.
Candidates must hold an active LPN, RN, or Certified Medical Assistant license with at least two years of hands-on clinical experience. Proficiency in medical terminology, EMR systems, and strong communication skills are required.
