We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (MA) with 1–2 years of experience and strong phlebotomy skills to join our Primary Care practice. You will support two providers and help care for 10–18 patients per day, ensuring a smooth, patient‑centered experience from start to finish. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide hands‑on patient care, maintain clinical flow, and contribute to a positive, supportive environment for both patients and staff. How will you make an impact & Requirements Key Responsibilities Patient Intake — Room patients, obtain vitals, update medical histories, and prepare charts. Phlebotomy — Perform blood draws and specimen collection accurately and safely. Clinical Support — Assist providers with exams, procedures, and patient care tasks. Documentation — Enter information into the EMR with accuracy and attention to detail. Patient Communication — Provide instructions, answer questions, and support patient understanding. Care Coordination — Help manage referrals, follow‑ups, and patient flow. Clinical Maintenance — Clean and restock exam rooms; maintain equipment and supplies. Team Collaboration — Participate in team huddles and contribute to a positive clinic culture.
