The Hospice RN is responsible for conducting patient assessments, updating care plans, and providing symptom and pain management. They coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective care for their assigned caseload.
Candidates must hold a current RN license from an NLN-accredited program, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with an insured vehicle. At least one year of recent RN experience or a BSN is required, with hospice or home health experience preferred.

Hourly ranges from $45 to $55 visit commensurate with experience and depending on type of visit.
