Provide general assistance to the MRI Department, including patient support, receptionist duties, and transcription. Perform various tasks under the direction of the MRI Supervisor using independent judgment.
Requires a high school diploma, CPR certification, and 1 to 2 years of related experience. Candidates must have knowledge of MRI safety, anatomy, medical terminology, and exam preparations.
Under the direction of the MRI Supervisor, the primary purpose is to perform a variety of duties that will require some independent judgment, transcription, patient assistance, receptionist duties, and skill to provide assistance to the MRI Department. The ideal candidate would be knowledgeable about MRI and MRI Safety; have experience in MRI Scheduling; and/or be a student currently enrolled in an MRI program.
