Provide hands-on support and personal care to individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges to promote independence and dignity. Responsibilities include administering medications, following care plans, and encouraging community participation.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record. Candidates must be able to lift 50+ lbs, though prior experience in disability services is preferred but not required.
