RN – Maternal Health/Postpartum Nurse (Homecare)

Cobble Hill is seeking a dedicated RN – Maternal Health/Postpartum Nurse to provide high-quality in-home care and support to mothers, newborns, and families throughout the prenatal and postpartum journey. This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse passionate about maternal-child health, patient education, and building meaningful relationships with families during one of life's most important transitions. Responsibilities

Conduct clinical assessments of pregnant women, postpartum mothers, newborns, and infants in the home setting Monitor maternal vital signs and assess infant growth and developmental milestones Educate families on: Breastfeeding and lactation support Safe sleep practices Newborn care and parenting skills Nutrition and postpartum recovery Family planning and maternal wellness Coordinate patient care and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Identify changes in patient condition and communicate findings appropriately Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families

Qualifications

Active RN license in New York State 1–2 years of clinical experience in: Maternal/Child Health Labor & Delivery Pediatrics Community Health Postpartum Care Current BLS certification required PALS certification required Lactation Specialist certification preferred Strong communication, assessment, and patient education skills Homecare experience is a plus Apply Today If you're passionate about maternal health and want to provide compassionate care where families feel most comfortable, we'd love to hear from you
