Provide compassionate caregiving and support to clients in facilities and homes, including monitoring vital signs and assisting with personal hygiene. Partner with facility staff to ensure continuity of care as outlined in the Plan of Care.
Must possess a current State of Maine CNA Certification and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation and insurance. Candidates should have a compassionate demeanor and a desire to help people live healthier lives.
