The specialist provides psychiatric evaluations, crisis assessments, and behavioral health consults for patients in the Emergency Department and inpatient units. They are responsible for developing strength-based treatment plans and coordinating discharge and referral services.
Requires a Master's degree in Social Work or a related mental health field and valid CT licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT). Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience working with at-risk populations.
