Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy while developing person-centered treatment plans. Conduct initial assessments and provide crisis intervention and stabilization services for children, adults, and families.
Requires a master's degree in mental health counseling or social work and a valid New York State license or eligibility. Depending on the level, 3 to 5+ years of clinical experience and proficiency in evidence-based practices are required.

We are seeking full-time Clinical Counselors to support children, adults, or families on their path to wellness. This role offers a dynamic, person-centered clinical setting with opportunities for growth and impact.
Location: Arcade, Warsaw, Wellsville, or school satellite offices (Allegany & Wyoming Counties)
$58,500 - $61,000
Sign on bonus: up to $3,000
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday)
In-person with hybrid flexibility.
