Provide primary health care services, including well care and prevention, for pediatric patients aged 0-20. Manage both acute illnesses and chronic conditions within an integrated, whole-person care model.
Requires an MSN in Pediatric Nursing in Primary Care, board certification (PNCB or ANCC), and a Colorado license with full prescriptive authority. BLS is required, while PALS certification and three years of pediatric experience are preferred.

$105,199 to $116,888 annually for 1.0 FTE
Position available as .75 FTE (approximately 30 hours/week) or 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
