The LPN is responsible for administering medications and maintaining accurate resident records while ensuring storage meets state standards. They also monitor the health and well-being of residents and assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or equivalent. In Ohio, a valid nursing license is required, and one year of healthcare experience is preferred.
