The RN is responsible for performing comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments and developing individualized plans of care for diverse patient populations. They must ensure accurate documentation of services and safely administer medications while adhering to hospital safety policies.
A current RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the AHA or Red Cross are required at hire. ACLS and/or PALS certifications must be obtained within six months of employment.
