• 1:1 Support Staff – Adult Day Program (Full-Time) San Jose, CA | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM $22.00/hour | Entry-Level Friendly Are you compassionate, reliable, and passionate about helping others? • What
• You’ll Do:
• Provide 1:1 support to a participant throughout the day Assist with daily living activities (hygiene, meals, mobility) Support participation in community outings (parks, stores, libraries) Implement behavior support plans and redirect as needed Ensure safety, engagement, and well-being at all times Ride along during transportation to support the participant

• For: 18+ years old Patient, dependable, and compassionate Strong communication skills Experience in caregiving or behavioral support (preferred, not required) Comfortable working independently in the community
