Perform psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and medication management for outpatient patients aged 12 and older. Manage treatment teams and handle administrative duties related to daily patient care.
Requires BE/BC in General Psychiatry, with Board Certification strongly preferred. Must possess or be eligible for a Florida medical license and be willing to treat patients aged 12 and older.
BE/BC General Outpatient Psychiatrist Location: Panama City, FL Emerald Coast Behavioral Hospital is a Joint Commission-accredited psychiatric hospital. Located in the heart of beautiful Panama City, Florida, Emerald Coast Behavioral Hospital provides mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, active-duty service members and their families and veterans. Position Overview: Role: Employed W-2 General Psychiatrist Patient Population: Outpatient ages 12 and older Schedule: Onsite, Monday – Friday schedule, 8 am – 4:30 pm Primary location stationed at the Panama City Outpatient location. Will provide telehealth services to surrounding outpatient locations as required Locations include: Marianna, Okaloosa, Pensacola Average daily caseload of 10 patients per day No call requirement Position Highlights/Duties: Very competitive compensation package with employed base salary, comprehensive benefits, sign-on bonus, PTO, CMEs and more. BE/BC in General Psychiatry required. BC strongly preferred.
