The Certified Nurse Assistant provides basic patient care and supports the healthcare team in a Progressive Care Unit. Responsibilities include documenting interventions in EMR, adhering to safety standards, and assisting with patient education.
Candidates must be a Certified Nurse Attendant with BCLS or ACLS certification. The role requires the ability to follow care plans and maintain regulatory compliance within a hospital setting.
The Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) works cooperatively with all team members in planning and performing basic care. The Certified Nurse Assistant supports patient care delivery and is responsible for adhering to all standards of care and for promoting teamwork among coworkers.
