Deliver occupational therapy services and conduct initial and follow-up assessments in clients' homes. Oversee client progress and perform fall risk evaluations to ensure high-quality care.
Must be a licensed OT or OTA in Hawaii with at least one year of clinical or home health experience. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills.
