The Surgical Technologist prepares the operating room and sterile field while anticipating the needs of the surgical team during invasive procedures. They are responsible for maintaining sterile techniques, managing instrumentation, and ensuring patient safety through correct identification and site verification.
Candidates must possess expertise in the theory and application of sterile and aseptic techniques and knowledge of human anatomy. The role requires the ability to float between surgery centers and work a specific part-time shift pattern.

As the Surgical Technologist, you’ll function as an integral member of the surgical team. With your expertise in theory and application of sterile and aseptic technique. You’ll combine your knowledge of human anatomy, surgical procedures, and technologies to facilitate a physician’s performance of invasive therapeutic and diagnostic procedures.
This is a 0.625 FTE part-time opportunity will be based at our Minnetonka Surgery Center. Flexibility to float to other surgery centers as needed. Schedule is 10-hour shifts.
Week 1: Thursday, Friday
