The Surgical Technologist prepares the operating room and sterile field while anticipating the needs of the surgical team during invasive procedures. They are responsible for maintaining sterile techniques, managing instrumentation, and ensuring patient safety through correct identification and site verification.
Candidates must possess expertise in sterile and aseptic techniques and a strong knowledge of human anatomy and surgical procedures. Flexibility is required to work rotating 10-hour shifts and float between different surgery centers.

As the Surgical Technologist, you’ll function as an integral member of the surgical team. With your expertise in theory and application of sterile and aseptic technique. You’ll combine your knowledge of human anatomy, surgical procedures, and technologies to facilitate a physician’s performance of invasive therapeutic and diagnostic procedures.
This is a full-time position based at our Eagan Surgery Center. 10 hour weekday shifts with a rotating schedule and variable start times. Must be flexible to float to other surgery centers as needed.
