Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for assigned patients in an Intermediate Care unit. Collaborates with physicians and staff to ensure quality care and maintains accurate patient records.
Requires an Associate's degree in nursing, a valid New Mexico RN license, and at least one year of acute clinical care experience. Mandatory certifications include BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PCCN, and Handle With Care verbal training.

Responsible for providing professional nursing skills in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing
care for assigned patients. Works collaboratively with physicians and nursing staff to ensure quality care. Demonstrates
the ability to perform a concise nursing assessment, reassess, and document the proposed revision of interventions and
desired outcomes. Responsible for documenting all nursing care in assigned patient records. Demonstrates ability to
assess patient's and/or significant other's understanding of and compliance with instructions and health care teaching.
Always maintains patient’s privacy and confidentiality of information and records. Notifies appropriate nursing and medical
staff to changes in the patient status. The RN will carry out their duties by adhering to the highest standards of ethical and
moral conduct. Acts in the best interest of Three Crosses Regional Hospital, and fully supports the mission, vision, and
values of Three Crosses Regional Hospital. The RN will have knowledge of health care systems, and have demonstrated
ability to interact, relate to, work with, and support the activities of a diverse workforce.

Required: Associate’s degree in nursing (ADN) from an accredited School of Nursing ·
Preferred: 1+ years of Intermediate Care Unit (Stepdown) experience ·
Required: Meet all Employee Health Requirement
· Required: Current Registered Nursing License to practice in the State of NM
