The In-Home Caregiver is responsible for providing care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting independence. This includes tasks such as housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, and companionship.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license and car insurance. Daily care notes must be recorded, and any significant changes in client condition must be reported to the agency.

This job requires caring for others who need help staying or gaining independence AT THEIR OWN HOME including the elderly or clients with intellectual or physical disabilities of all ages. Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver Essential Job Functions (differ based on client needs): Housekeeping/Cleaning & laundry Meal preparation & cooking Grocery shopping for or with the client Transportation & errands Personal cares and bathing Companionship Visit places in the community/socialize Engage in activities (games, memory books) Assist with goals such as, but not limited to social and behavior functioning, coping skills, self-advocacy, confidence building, relationship building, safe boundaries, etc. by Coaching, discussing, roleplaying, teaching etc.
