Provide individualized assistance, mentoring, and coaching to waiver participants to maximize their independence and quality of life. Responsibilities include supporting activities of daily living, community integration, and maintaining detailed progress documentation.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Preferred qualifications include experience with IDD/DD populations and certifications in CPR, First Aid, or Mandt Systems.
$18.81/ hourly.
