The LPN is responsible for promoting the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents through skilled nursing care. This includes conducting assessments, managing medications, and collaborating with the care team to ensure comprehensive resident support.
Candidates must hold a current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana. Proficiency in medication management, resident assessment, and a strong commitment to geriatric care are required.
