The RN Inpatient assesses, plans, and implements individual patient care while supervising co-workers in the execution of care plans. They provide exceptional service to patients and may work across different areas based on staff skill and patient acuity.
Candidates must possess the physical ability to perform clinical tasks such as lifting and kneeling, as well as the mental capacity for data interpretation and problem solving. Professional communication skills and the ability to handle exposure to medical hazards are essential.
