Provide evidence-informed, patient-centered care via synchronous and asynchronous telemedicine platforms. Design personalized wellness and hormone optimization plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary virtual team.
Must be a certified Nurse Practitioner with active licenses in NY and NJ and a valid DEA. Requires at least 2 years of experience, preferably in functional medicine or hormone therapy.
