1 direct assistance to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to improve self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills. Implement behavioral support plans and assist with personal care, medication administration, and community integration activities.
Candidates must be able to provide physical support and transportation for participants while maintaining detailed progress documentation. The role requires adherence to agency policies, confidentiality standards, and the ability to foster positive relationships with families and community members.
