1 direct assistance to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to improve self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills. Implement behavioral support plans and assist with personal care, medication administration, and community integration.
The candidate must be able to provide physical support such as lifting and transferring and maintain detailed progress documentation. Ability to adhere to agency policies and maintain positive relationships with consumers and families is required.
