The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders to improve patient quality of life. This includes conducting comprehensive evaluations, implementing individualized treatment plans, and contributing to departmental goals.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Speech/Language Pathology program and hold a license from the AZ State Board. A Basic Life Support certificate is required, while a Master's or Doctorate and two years of clinical experience are preferred.
