Location

Provide personalized occupational therapy services to patients in their homes to help them regain independence and improve daily living skills. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, recommending home modifications, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with an active Maine state license and current CPR certification. A minimum of one year of experience, preferably in home healthcare, and reliable transportation are required.
