As a Wound Care Nurse, you will develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff while promoting their physical and psychosocial well-being. You will utilize your nursing skills to provide excellent care and support to residents.
Candidates must have a current and valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana and demonstrate proficiency in medication management and conducting thorough assessments. A strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence is also required.
