Provides technical and nursing support for imaging procedures, including patient transport, IV management, and room preparation. Acts as an order liaison to handle insurance verification, prior authorizations, and physician office education.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1-2 years of clinical experience, with BLS certification required within one month of hire. Must be able to pass a dysrhythmia testing exam and perform medium-level physical demands.
Certifications and Licensures
Credential: BLS: Basic Life Support
High School Diploma or GED required.
College medical terminology course preferred. Three to four years experience in a clinical setting is preferred. I.V. set up skills preferred.
